This project involved defining the requirements and creating a technical solution for a tutoring application for the Learn@Home association. The goal was to identify the functional needs of the platform, design user stories, create use case diagrams, develop mockups using Figma, and build a Kanban board for project management. The project was executed using an agile methodology to ensure efficient planning and clear communication with the client and development team.
